I'm Thinking of Reading a Book 💁🏻‍♀️

If you keep up with my posts, you know that I've been hinting that something exciting has happened. Let me just recap by reminding you that I was looking for a job ( Thoughts about searching for job ) and I actually found one ( Thoughts about starting a job I know nothing about ).

I don't know if you can tell by reading my posts but I am the type of person who likes having a routine. However, I also like to spice things up from time to time. So, I thought that it would be a good idea to share the times that I feel adventurous and I seek a change.

If you had read my previous post , you know that today was my first day at my new job (🎉). I promised that I would share with you my thoughts and feelings about my first day (I see a tradition being formed here, check out my first day at my previous job ) but I didn't realistically think of how that day would be and how I would feel about it.

If you had read my previous post (if not, click  here ), you would know that for the past two weeks I had been pretty stressed out about my uni exam. But there was one more reason why I was stressed and as you've probably guessed by the title that was because I was looking for a job. 

I don't know if you noticed but I took a two-week break from the blog. Why? First, I had to study for a test, which I took and I think that it went pretty good. For the second reason, you'll have to wait for my next post (😏). The one thing that I can tell you now is that this second reason raised my stress level a lot. And when that happens I just need to go shopping. So, today I gave in to my urge to shop and this is what I bought.

The name of William Shakespeare often comes in mind when talking about the greatest literary figures no matter where in the world this type of conversation is taking place. That must not come as a surprise as everyone has heard his name, since his works are studied in schools and universities all over the world.  But what do we know about the man besides of his name and some of his plays or sonnets? Well, I'm here to provide you with some basic information about his life!

To be honest, I am not completely independent, as I am still expecting and gladly accepting allowance money from my parents but I do have the freedom to live alone, to have a part-time job and to generally make decisions about my life, like what I eat, what time I get to bed, how and with who I choose to spend my time.

This is kinda weird writing about, because I usually write about positive and motivational stuff. But the last few days I was not my usual self. That was because I couldn't stop negative and sad thinking. This gloomy thinking and being in a leave-me-alone mood is a state that I think every person has gone through. Of course, I've been through it before as well and actually I have already written about it. The difference with my previous post about sadness is that I dealt with the issue in a positive way whereas now I couldn't do that.

One of the things that my friends and I started doing recently is going out with our bicycles.  Why is that so important? It has to do with my relation with bicycles. I learned how to ride a bicycle about 4 years ago. But still I am kinda scared to go out with my bicycle. My biggest fear is narrow roads, where even though I can place myself as close to the pavement as I can, there is not enough space for the car to pass me.  Despite of my insecurity that I am a poor bicycle rider, I love my bicycle. And that is because it is more than just a means of transportation for me. It is a symbol that I can do whatever I desire if I put my mind to it. Before I started learning how to ride a bicycle, I was discouraged by some people, who said that I should have learned that when I was younger or that I will probably fall and hurt myself. In spite of all the fears that I had and the fright that others made me feel, I managed to be totally capable of going around with my bike. As I...

It may come as a surprise but I tried vlogging! A few days ago I went with my best friend to the beach. It was my first time going to the beach for this year, so I thought that it was the perfect opportunity for me to actually try vlogging. And I did!
